Module characteristics


Project details :

  • Every information needed for the project: linked customer, contact, activity group, status, description, notes, project director, global progress, start and end date, estimated duration, budget, expenses and important dates.

Activity planning :

  • List of activities linked to the project (for instance: meetings, project direction, design, programming, etc.).
  • Attribution of hours to each of these activities, in compliance with the total time allotted to the project.
  • Activity billable or not.


Task planning :

  • List of tasks for each project activity, indicating to which employee it is assigned.


Reports :

  • Project global progress.
  • Project progress by activity.
  • Detailed, printable reports, including cost-effectiveness report.
